By train
Though Karimnagar is equipped with a railway station, the expansion program is still underway. If you prefer to come to Karimnagar on rail, you can either get down at Warangal 80 km or Kazipet 80 km and get a bus from there. Alternatively, you can get down at Ramagundam 70 km or Peddapalli 40 km and get a local train which operates from Sirpur Khagaznagar to Jagitial via Ramagundam, Peddapall and Karimnagar. The train runs twice a day and takes more time than on road. So, strong advice is to take a bus from any of the stations mentioned above.
